Pros
exposure to various areas of operations, lots of development, bar is high and held to high standards helps with the learning experience
Cons
downside to the bar being high is that who you report to can have very high standards and depending on how you take that (personally or just as professional growth) can be very tough for many. There needs to be more flexibility for people to take time off and not feel guilty about it. Very long hours.
