Excellent innovative technology and dominance in space.
Cons
No regard or interest in the employee. You're just one more in endless list of employees that they can overwork. Horrible work life balance. Will create constantly changing and often undisclosed ridiculous demands and metrics that are impossible to meet unless you work 80 to 90 hours a week.
