* Values (Leadership Principles) can be weaponized in some contexts and teams * In some teams there are high levels of competitiveness and/or stress * There are definitely "unregretted attrition targets" - if you're not at the midpoint of your role and level in your org for contributions (or better), you should be nervous. If you know you're at the bottom end for contributions and you've had some time in role and level, be very worried.
