      Lays of 10,000 before the holiday after introducing LP "Strive to be the Earth's greatest employeer" Dicks you around on interviews - will down level your offer to pay you less Favoritism in who gets selected for promotions. Recruitment will tell you you can get promoted within a year but its an uphill battle No clear transparent path for advancement/promotion No clear transparent laddering for performance Even if everyone on team is amazing and excelling some people still put on bottom. Very regressive Severance package is bare minimum to not get sued

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
