Management, whether people management or business management - my experience really behind industry. No meaningful people development, no sharp business management, appalling management of people with threads. In practice far from their leadership principles. Even at this time when tech is heat hard by job cuts people leave the company. Leadership is staying away from issues blocking business. There are so many talented people hired, but the culture how to use it is not there. Things are going downhill.
