It is also encouraged to change groups periodically to help with career growth of employees. Comp is good and at par with industry standards. The workplace is not very political and management tries to remove road blocks where necessary. Career growth wise, you have control over where you want to be and set proper goals to reach your target. Management will encourage you every step of the way.
