Schedule is not controlled, Lots of content to learn from.
Cons
It is so difficult to work across different organizations where all of those work in silos. Colaboration is hard to find and teams focus on their own work and goals. Lots of pressure to resolve issues that you dont even own. Support people are not well trained and culture is quantity over quality.
