Pros

Job security. Great health insurance benefits. Stock grants are performance based and given each year depending on how you rank

Cons

A lot of hours worked for the same pay, being that managers are salary. During holiday season, management has to work an extra hour every day and an extra day each week without any additional compensation. Given that operations manager typically work 12 hr shifts, 4 days per week. With the extra time during the holidays, we pull 65 hour work weeks…13 hr shifts five days per week. You do not earn any additional time off until you are with the company for 6 years. The work is mentally exhausting with screen shots required for most tasks, constant updates, and need to be active in 85+ slack channels. 100% of the day is on the computer. You have to work at a standing desk entire day which is bad on the knees. Opportunities to walk around is minimal given that you must be working on the computer entire shift

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
