Pros
Benefits, Pay, scheduled for a 4 on 3 off, 10 hour shifts. You ALWAYS work more than 10 hours. Some of the people get to work with are passionate, intelligent and fun to work with.
Cons
HR sets the tone...and its almost always more of a headache and problem for the managers. 10-hour workday is a myth. poor Leadership is allowed to exist due to fear of offending someone. Unless someone helps you network or gets you out of your building to cross train, you are very trapped in a sphere.
