Pros
Love the pace and document culture. Its like playing for the Yankees, I imagine, in that every year there is an expectation of excellence, and the company hires talent to meet those expectations. But like the Yankees, you have to perform to stay in the lineup. That is exhilarating for me
Cons
No one is going to regulate your work life balance. You have to manage that yourself or you can find yourself overwhelmed. Promos and OLR don’t have consistent rubrics to ensure employees with similar titles across orgs have similar scope and performance comparisons.
