Pros
I worked with a great team that was helpful, knowledgable, and hard-working.
Cons
There was a lot of turnover. After my 3 years, only 2 members of the original 15 members that started out on the team were there. I had 3 managers over 3 years. I think this had to do with the work that we were doing. The tech was old and there wasn't a lot of documentation or testing. Most of the knowledge was passed down verbally and during the pandemic that made it difficult to know how to talk to or where to look.
