Good benefits & perks Free meals, cab facilities (in some roles) Insurance, paid leaves, and employee-friendly policies Strong focus on employee well-being 4. Inclusive and positive culture High ratings in diversity & inclusion (~4.5/5) Collaborative teams and relatively low toxicity in many orgs 5. Learning exposure (team-dependent) Exposure to fintech domain, risk, payments, ML governance Opportunity to work with global stakeholders

Cons

1. Slow growth & promotions One of the most common complaints Promotions and hikes can be slow compared to startups or product companies 2. Bureaucratic environment Too many approval layers Decision-making and innovation can be slow Hard to experiment or move fast 3. Compensation not always market-leading Base salary often slightly below top product companies Increment cycles may feel conservative 4. Manager/team dependency Experience varies heavily based on manager Good manager = great life, bad manager = frustrating experience Some reports of favoritism or politics 5. Pros

- Complimentary lunch and starbucks everyday - On-site clinic for basic check ups - Hybrid

Cons

you will be taking phone calls every minute of the day. There will come a time where you feel like at the bottom of the world. You will ask yourself "is my role in life to help people reset their password online and assist them in logging in?" You cannot use the bathroom whenever you want, they have time coding that if you "abuse" them you will be flagged and subject to discipline. You have to give world class service but at the same time rush them off the phone or else you are not getting paid a good bonus. You will quickly find yourself gasping for air and time to relax when you take 50+ calls a day , you will feel drained. When is finally time to move up there is a high chance you will be paid less than you're current role as there are no bonuses in higher roles.
