Pros
Really smart people. They treat people very well. Financially generous. Great resources available to be able to really exceed. Great emphasis on work/life balance. Opportunities to work remotely.
Cons
As someone who didn't grown up through the ranks at American Express, I found it challenging to become part of the "inner circle." Most people that are life long employees are always thinking about their net move and take the safe route with programs. It could be a more collaborative environment.
