Pros
Most of the people are nice. The company is pretty old so all processes are in place. I have worked in a financial company before so it was par for the course. However, they are not behind the curve in technology and the stack comprised of technology used in companies like eBay or Paypal. For some reason, they seem to be very open about using different development methodologies like object oriented, reactive, functional in the backend.
Cons
The company is pretty old so all processes are in place. This means that for everything you have to submit a ticket to get access which becomes tiring after a while. Unless you have a mentor or friend helping you out, this can fast become an awful experience.
