      Pros

      Kickass core product, still the best in the class. Some really good engineers. Sales and marketing model is good too.

      Cons

      HR is one of the worst I have seen. Caution for all employees, do not fall for their "confidential upper management feedback" system. Rookie mid management, it is disheartening to see that senior management like "Yes-men" and opportunities are offered to undeserving fellows who have absolutely no idea how to manage people.
