      Pros

      It is the closest place I have seen to a TRUE meritocracy in my professional career. You work hard and you are rewarded. Culture is awesome and a lot of great people work here.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to coast, this is not the place for you to work. Most people work hard and long hours, so you will have to as well if you want to keep up. The whole organization is going through transition so changes are being made, but I think that it only makes the future even brighter.
