      Pros

      Great location and office. A lot of smart people to learn from and grow. Very, very good perks and benefits. Fast, energetic and a relatively young workforce.

      Cons

      The open workspace may tend to be counter productive for some. Growing very rapidly and nobody will have the time to monitor or guide you continuously. A little more structure would probably be beneficial, but that may come as the company grows bigger.
