There is no shortage of interesting growing pains to figure out, so if you are looking to dig in, you can make a huge impact. And it sounds cliched, but there are loads of interesting, complex challenges that must be solved in our product, so if that excites you then this could be a great place to work.
Cons
Because the company is changing quickly, it can be confusing. The agenda is not always the same and can change in successive iterations. The quality of talent is above average but still a bit mixed and some people appear to be twiddling their thumbs for their shares to vest. The complex, technical nature of our product means that it will not be a good fit for everyone.
