As a company founded by engineers for engineers, our start-up within a start-up work environment keeps teams small, and we believe that continuing with scrum-style meetings is optimal to keep everyone informed. Meetings are the most expensive time such a company could have, and our culture values allowing people time to get work done. Culture fit (in addition to technical aptitude) is a top priority when hiring, and multiple team members meet and approve each candidate we extend an offer to.
