I've worked here for quite a long time, started when it was still a small US based company. Lots of growth! I was given the ability to create my role and scale it with company growth, given the chance to give my opinion and put my stamp on AppDynamics. It's been an opportunity most don't get as a 20 something year old. The culture has been curated to fit the offices and the people with an emphasis on keeping the tech start up feel despite the size. Ups and downs always happen with a job but overall have been happy to be a part of the company and provide my skills. the perks offered are pretty stellar compared to other private companies
