Interview process was enlightening and challenging, but not aimed at tearing you down. Regional lead was a master at turning on lights to lead you down the path. If you're prepared, you will be successful. Team Manager was very helpful in discussing the role and expectations. No gotchas. Recruiter was very responsive and worked with me to negotiate terms of employment. Overall experience was what you would expect from a top tier company.
