Pros

I am very grateful to be working for such an amazing company. As a consultant you get to work with different companies and experience their culture and employee satisfaction and every time I am reminded why Appirio is the company for me. In Appirio I have felt appreciated, trusted, supported and encouraged to have fun and a good work/life balance. I love the teamwork and collaboration.

Cons

The only thing I wish Appirio would offer that they do not is a 401k match. Like any other consulting firm, you can have a bad customer or project but I've always found that the Appirio team makes the best of it.
