Human Resources And Finances team could not process my pf withdrawal in 10 Months. This is worst i have ever seen. After providing documents for 3 times and Appirio losing it each time, the Hr has the audacity to inform today after several escalation emails that they don't have my documents, where as one of the previous Hr's has sent a confirmation mail that she has received the documents and will process the same. The interns keep changing and their is no process to make sure employee's concerns are addressed.

We are continuing to explore the possibilities of automation in this process which will ease the process in future.
