Pros
The Appirio people are awesome. It is a very communicative environment and everyone is willing to chip in and help one another. Appirio tires to keep up the office-like culture even though everyone is currently remote due to COVID
Cons
Policies from the parent company, Wipro, constantly get imposed on Appirio. It feels if employees are treated more like a number than an individual. Promotions are based on tenure, then performance.
