Wipro has a tendency to place bodies at companies and collect revenue, without regard for innovation and nurturing a culture of openness. Also, Wipro has now decided to drop the Appirio brand. So all this awesome Appirio talent has been relegated to the Wipro brand. Low raises, incompetent upper management, body-shop style leadership. So be warned: You are not applying for a job at Appirio. You are applying for a job at Wipro. Look for continued attrition of the Appirio talent away from Wipro.
