Appirio is on the growth path, locking horns with heavy weights like Accenture, Big 4s and the likes. Futuristic business model. Good work culture. Good team. Excellent top leadership and board.
Cons
Investment into people and processes will be critical to growth to next level. Politics creeping in just like any other company :( Designation inflation will discourage performance. Retaining right people is important vs retaining everyone.
