10yThanks for your feedback. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here. We're a fast growing company with lots of growth opportunities which basically implies we'll continue to evolve our policies to best meet our employees and scales needs however please be assured that you and right opportunities for you is """"the center of gravity"""" in all our planning efforts. I or anyone from the management team will be more than happy to talk to you and spend time with you to explain the new compensation philosophy and how that will apply in your situation. In Appirio we have a very performance driven culture, and we believe in creating a fast track career progression for our Rock-stars/High-performers. We have a real time real promotion philosophy which enables the business to recognize performance and promote people when they are ready to take up higher responsibilities and not have to wait for a focal point cycle. At the same time we recognize that there are some employees who will continue to strive for higher standards of performance and might not have scaled to high performance mark and we do recognize them and award them Annual Compensation Adjustments. We strongly believe that this new compensation philosophy is an enabler for performance and real time recognition of the same.
