Apple India Development Centre is a bad place to work for with not so good work being offered and a lot of politics everywhere from top to bottom. DO NOT JOIN the Apple Online Store (AOS) team or most of the teams in IS&T org. The culture is very very bad. AOS is a very very bad place for growth with very bad low grade work. All the managers are dumb technically at AOS and are only people managers. All of them are from service based companies and don't understand anything related to software development. As a result, very bad work ethics and culture specially in AOS. A lot of politics everywhere is done on daily basis. Everyone licks their bosses as* and expects you to do the same. There is no good work here and all the managers are full of lies and manipulation. There is a lot of favouritism everywhere here. Every manager is from a service based company (TCS, Infosys, etc) and only favours folks from these whom they've usually worked before with. I believe it’s the same with every Apple team or org in India. All the bad reviews about Apple India is absolutely true and one should go through them before joining.
