Worked for this company for 10yrs, loved my job as a chat advisor until I was forced out of my role as it was been dissolved, instead they wanted to send me to phone support & double my work load which was already at a maximum for no better wage, and expected me to work even later hours and most weekends. No time for family life. They work their staff to the maximum - the senior management have little respect for their staff and if you don’t like been pushed out your role then you can leave attitude. I never felt so unvalued - to add on top of this it was near impossible to get any manager to give you a reference - it’s like they were all afraid to say yes. As for TMA (team manager assistants) they are nothing but excessive micro managers with little to no experience out to try prove a point to try get a permanent managers role Iv sadly learnt my hard working 10yrs meant nothing, I was only a number no matter how hard you work if they want you out they will push you out! There used to be great opportunities for at home advisors - they have since dissolved that also They may provide you with stock shares but you work hard for it with little to no time for family life, working every weekend/til late.
