Pros
Worked as a contractor for 1 year here. The perks are standard to what most of the regular companies in the Philippines provide. The back-office services are very professional and very fast to answer queries and there was just little but most of the time no delay in salary as well as benefit payment and even the final payment was paid promptly. Overall, the experience was good.
Cons
They only offer contractual positions I believe so that may put off some people to work from them so you wont get anything if you’re made redundant. The perks are standard to what most of the Philippines companies give so that might put you off as well. The company that you’ll directly work with is an entirely different company so you need to research on that specific company before joining.
