AZ is no more a Great place to work. The organization lacks a well-defined succession planning and career progression framework. Frequent reorganizations and layoffs have impacted team stability and employee morale. Despite significant experience, employees often face excessive micromanagement, limiting autonomy and innovation. The “speak-up” culture is not effectively practiced, which makes it difficult for employees to share feedback or raise concerns safely. Overall, the environment does not currently support long-term career growth or psychological safety. Without any Prior Notice immediate Layoff is still shocking.
