      Lots of change and driving towards digital technologies as well as a huge range of projects coming through. Very far from boring.

      Cons

      The fast pace can lead to burn out. You have to protect your head space, no one will do it for you. Usual big company systems challenges to getting things done.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
