...good health insurance? Some good people there.. until they leave
Cons
Leadership doesn't practice what they preach, and don't hold themselves accountable. Everything is "1st Priority" from leadership, so really, there isn't a direction. The turnover rate is crazy, and training is horrible, so good luck trying to figure out your job. (And they just mark most people that leave as "early retirement" or "non-regretable loss" so their metric stays green). Everything in F&E department goes by tribal knowledge, so you have to run around trying to catch all the different people that know how to do different parts of what you need to know / do. Over worked and under paid (at least to salary folk) ...shall I go on? Just bad.
