      Large global company with many long term employees

      Cons

      Decentralized and all smaller companies do their own thing, recreating the wheel over and over and over, rarely opportunities to take advantage of the larger global resources which is a waste of money and employee resources. Executive leadership is comprised almost entirely of old white men

      The field crew is racist and misogynistic. Leadership team is fairly clueless
