      Pros

      Fast-growing, The traditional market has a need for their technical insights. Decent technical acumen for the MSFT stack.

      Cons

      Struggling to adapt to a world focused on business outcomes and impact - creating a different value prop than the parent firm - Accenture already offers. The vast majority of the work is "bodies" that fill technical needs created by Accenture engagements. Not a bad thing but moots the existence of a separate firm. It is questionable as to the value of the Avanade management layer in generating the little non-Accenture revenues that they do.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
