      Pros

      Not too much work. Good work/life balance. This is unusual for this domain. International company. They support you when you wanna attend trainings and obtain certificates. Overtime is compensated.

      Cons

      Salary could be better. Promotion process could be more transparent.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
