      Nice employer, but it really depends on the project you land.

      Cons

      You are only successful here if you have amazing "marketing" skills, you need to be "visible". Technical skills aren`t that much valued, its important that "people know you". If you are an introvert, good luck here. If you don`t stand out, you don`t exist.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
