Pros
There used to be many, now - unless you're fresh out of college and want to grind it out for a few years and get out, it isn't worth it.
Cons
Avanade used to be an excellent place to work, with great values, many different paths to success - if you tried something and it wasn't for you, you could train up, and transfer practically anywhere in the company, and growth was supported. Post COVID, the non-stop layoffs, no support for existing employees, and grueling hours for those who remain are a non-starter. Avanade is another body shop that's just a staff-aug arm of Accenture at this point. They have lost their way.
