Pros
If u are in management role, that is an advantage. U talk and talk about same thing at every level meeting, literally same thing. Now it's an advantage if u are in management role
Cons
As a low level manager and below, u literally have to hear the same thing over and over again everyday at every meeting asking for solution. Actually when u sleep, u still hear it. No solution provided after, even some MBA theory float through the discussion, it vanished into the air after. No one listens at all. Just keep repeating again and again and make everyone stress as if they are not contributing.
