You get the chance to work in different kind of projects which means different environment, people to work with and technology that you are using in specific project as well
Cons
Because of the levels that initially assigned in the project, one may get less chance to have bigger responsibility, and sometimes will be assigned a basic task. Less visibility on the salary / perks per level as well
