      Pros

      If you keep your head low, you can thrive doing little to no work.

      Cons

      I was lied to about the technologies I was going to be working with. Had little to no support during the three years I've been here. Hard work doesn't get properly compensated. Management is stuck in their ways and don't adapt to suit the needs of developers.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
