      12 hr shifts. I work every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. Paperwork is too hard for them to do. No one wants to be the one in charge on paper.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
