      Not many pros come to mind the cafeteria food was okay.

      Cons

      They offer full time positions for less compensation than the temp agency’s they go through. Lack of respect from upper management and absolutely 0 flexibility or understanding as a workplace.

      Pros

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
