      Great pay and benefits, getting to travel and work remote, getting to help people, and making an impact in healthcare

      Cons

      Work/Life balance, the politics of senior leadership - favoritism, culture and morale, poor management, minimal support and direction offered to new hires, high expectations to prove your worth, disorganized and clustered training that made for stressful onboarding

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
