      No efforts for non German speaking employees / official documents and website with valuable info (administration related info) only available in German although it's an international company Not very flexible (home office) HR department need to be improved / not considering employees properly

      Pros

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
