Pros
There was a good work atmosphere amongst the colleagues, I don't think it was as positive as it used to be. The work life balance is pretty good
Cons
Over several weeks I was bullied by the head of the local IT office and forced to resign under threat that if I did not do it of my own volition, they would record my departure as 'at fault', They came up with several petty reasons to try and justify the dismissal because I had moved to another EU country and this had caused them some administrative complications. The management style is very old fashioned, somewhat reminiscent of PRL era, somewhat totalitarian. German management is a lot more 'light', but they are certainly not innovative, even if they are organising events to try and bring their workforce into the future. The pay is very low, and you will fight to get paid what you are worth. Local PL management is selfish and only looks out for themselves not the rights of their employees. During onboarding process it was common to not hear back from HR for one month, organisation of relocation and accomodation was often left until 1 week before arrival to organise with little to no communication being made.
