      It was an easy place to enjoy working before ESOP Easy to relieve yourself of your ability to care

      Interviewers said bonuses are a minimum of 15%; I haven’t seen more than 4% with “fantastic” reviews No clear path for career progression Little to no support from leadership Request after request goes unanswered from sr manager/director/principal More value is placed on politics than results Core values are for PR only Work/life imbalance is unsustainable All hail the mighty ESOP

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
