Long hours because work in international Demanding people People who have only ever worked at BDO not open to new ideas and other ways of working Boring as hell Rude staff Not friendly If you don’t understand something straight away they look at you like you’re stupid 1 mistake and it’s like the end of the world Blame culture Managers throw you under the bus Don’t get paid enough Sell you a dream of travel Constantly moving goal post for success WFH - is terrible, you take an extra 2 mins away from your desk and you get calls and texts Not flexible at all. Don’t care about your work life balance unless you yourself are a manager.
