Pros

Offered decent salary but restricted to employee only and does not cover any family benefits which is very common in Dubai

Cons

Un professional working style - no one knows what their roles and responsibilities are, senior management does not care about staff and think they are their personal slaves and do whatever they asked Long working hours - unnecessary long working hours and no value for you personal life, most of the time partners/manager asked you to come over weekends for no reason Blame game: always put all blame to juniors if something goes wrong CEO and Chairman: they think they are the king of the company and do not respect any of the staff Family benefits: does not give you any family benefits like insurance or air tickets as most of the competitors does in UAE

Pros

Consultants were not overworked, and people are generally staying in their own lane. Strong knowlegeable teammates and lots of internal resources to grow. Work life balance was good.

Cons

I left during a time of transition, since the top practice director retired and the EBA leader took over as interim leader. This interim guy seemed to be waiting for something to take any action with current resources, and he was not too interested in rallying or figuring things out as a team. If he had expectations, they were never communicated to me. The lack of clarity was very challenging for me personally, and it came off as a lack of support. I think others in the team probably feel similarly.
