A lot of politics, bad management. Managers and HRs collude each other. Unfair treatment to junior level positions. Senior manager above include partners are not caring recruitment and human resources, which means that managers can do whatever they want to recruitment, promotion, and cut off of low level of human resource. The working culture is really bad. there is no involvement of semi-senior below staff in planning meeting. No brief from senior or manager before audit execution. Seniors are not willing to train juniors up on the job sometimes. The performance measurement is too frequently which enhanced workload especially in peak season.
